Bar doesn’t close

  • Hi,

    For some reason, the cookie bar won’t close when clicking on the button. I checked the settings, cleared the cache, deactivated all other plugins, tried the twenty twenty theme, but can’t get it to work. Everything is up to date.

    Greetings from Webtoffee!

    We suspect that you have used a shortcode [cookie_accept] in GDPR Cookie Consent > Settings > Customise Cookie Bar > Message Box. This shortcode will not work as we removed it from the plugin a long time ago. To insert an accept button please use the shortcode [cookie_button] and the button will become responsive on the frontend.
