Bar does not appear when I’m not signed in

  • Hello guys,

    The bar is not appearing for non logged in users. Only appears when logged in.

    I have already put all the options below, but it does not appear when I am not logged in:
    All users.
    All logged in users.
    Guest users. [Non-logged in users]
    For following user roles [Manage Roles]

    What can this be?
