Bar Appearance Different on Small Screen

    I’m having issues with the appearance of the top bar. I’ve successfully modified the top bar appearance on desktop (I changed the color to green, and I changed the text), but my changes are not showing up on smaller screens. On smaller screens, the top bar still has the original color and text. My changes are not visible. How can I make the color and text the same on both desktop and smaller screens? Thank you!
