Sorry you’re having difficulties, I’m sure we can this resolved.

I’m not sure what could be causing that, but I’ll have our Lead Dev @danieliser take a look as soon as possible so he can offer his advice.

I don’t believe we have a way to test the popups on Apple machinery, so it could be beneficial if you could inspect HTML of the popup and see if there is some kind of <div> being created that causing this giant bar to appear.

@capucinegaudry – Walt was correct in that none of our team members currently use Macs, and since Apple no longer offers safari for Windows or Linux I am not aware of any way we can really test this without one.

Your best bet would be to right click the grey box and inspect it, then try to figure out where its coming from via the inspector. I can tell you it is not from our plugin, so likely has something to do with the content you have in the popup.
