The plugin works fine.

How do you simulate?

Sorry but I can’t understand what you mean. For me, the URL you showed in the previous thread looks just a “expired domain”. When I visited to that URL, there were some links related to browsers. Did you mean I should use one of them? Or did you mean you used that domain name?

If you say me “Please try it”, then tell me about the steps in detail.

You want to simulate as if you accessed to your site from Japan, right? Then you have 2 choices. One is utilizing some proxy server that is placed in Japan. Another is disguising your IP address as if it was assigned to Japan.
