Banners stopped working

When I initially installed this, it worked perfectly on IOS. It somewhat worked on Android, but the banner was hidden behind the header of my website. I changed the setting from body to header and this seemed to clear things up (the banner moved above the header rather than under).

However, after that, it completely stopped working. I believe in one or both cases I X’d out of the banner. I expected this to still come back when next accessed given I have set both values to “0” (show everytime) in Settings. But nothing is happening. I’ve cleared cookies, etc. but nothing happening.

I’m assuming this should still be displaying right? Is there a problem with the settings such that once X out, this will not redisplay?
