    Cookie banner does no longer close when clicking on “Accept all”, while it does close correctly when clicking on “Functionality only”. Also, if you click on “Accept all”, the banner does disapper if you move to another page on the same site. I tried to enable Complianz safe mode but nothing changes. I tried disabling several Integrations but the problem is still there.

    Kind regards,
    Merel

    Hi @cm1k,

    Do you get a browser console error when you click accept all? The answer for the orginal question is specific to her situation, please check if you have an error first.

    @merelstrijland,

    Could you try adding:

    .cc-window.cc-invisible {
    opacity: 0!important;
    }

    to Custom CSS?

    Laat maar weten of dit werkt,

    groet Aert

    Thank you for the quick reply! This is a very good plugin, practically hassle free. It is possible that this problem is generated by theme – we’ll check it out.

    Oh man, I did not mean to crash the Chat, I am sorry… @merelstrijland Het spijt me, ik blijf toch binnen om de wachttijd te verkorten, wees niet boos …

    @aahulsebos The Console shows a recurring error, that does actually not stop the console keeps counting the entire session, while I write this the error reached the number of over 60 counts:

    SyntaxError: Unexpected identifier ‘Choice’
    eval — jquery.js:2:2673
    anonyme function jquery.js:2:2673
    globalEval — jquery.js:2:2680
    Ga — jquery.js:3:21142
    append — same with 3:22653
    cmplzRunInInlineScript complianz.min.js:1:7514

    and so on…

    Hi @adamfrost,

    A theme, or custom CSS might cause some issues. As well as some bad jQuery where Complianz might trip over while dismissing the banner. If a question arises, please start a new thread.

    @cm1k Welkom! Heb je voor mij een URL? Ik moet even kijken waarnaar ‘Choice’ refereert. Zou je dit ook in een nieuwe thread kunnen zetten? Dan gaan we hier wel in het Engels verder voor de community.

    @merelstrijland Het werkt bij mij in de browser, dus het origenele antwoord zou moeten werken. Laat maar weten!

    regards Aert

    @aahulsebos I will start a new thread, till then: the URL is https://www.reitschuster.de Thank you very much!!!
