Banner/Modal option doesn't set 'right'

When you select modal or banner from the dropdown and hit save, it doesn’t reflect the correct options. Other options are fine, it’s just that one.

That image should be local ?? WP.org plugin repo guidelines say to have all images local (falls under no phoning home).
