Banner won’t disappear after consent on mobile

    Hello

    I have a problem with the banner on the mobile version of my website. It doesn’t seem to accept when the user either consent or disagree to the terms of use, as it pops up again after refreshing the site or if loading a new page of the website.

    I can’t seem to figure out how to solve the problem, can you help?

    Hi @emiliehh,

    Please check whether cookies are blocked by default in the mobile browser you are using to access the site. This will result in the banner reappearing as the consent is stored in the cookieyes-consent cookie.

    Also, share with us the details of the mobile device and browser in which you have this issue.

    The cookies are not blocked on the safari mobile browser. I am using an iPhone and it’s not working in the safari app, but it is working on the google chrome app.

    Same problem for me with version 3.2.4. “Deny all” Button is not working in IOS. Works fine in all desktop browsers.
