Banner Was Working Now is Not & Declaration Page Says Domain Not Registered

    I have installed cookie bot as per the instructions and had it working just fine. Now it is not working. I have all settings to display to “all users”. I have double checked the ID, the header script and both are as stated in cookie manager.

    I am also having an issue when adding the cookie declaration as it states “VENTURECREATIONS.COM domain does not exist in cookie manager. Please add it to display cookie declaration” this is the only domain we have and it is added to cookie manager.

    I’ve checked your configuration, and it seems that you have added venturecreatons.com instead of venturecreations.com. Change it and everything should work ??

    Thanks! Crazy how many times I looked at that and still missed it.

    The declaration page still says scanning for cookies for the first time but I already have a cookie report available. Is it possible that if I had the correct domain in the beginning it scanned and collected the cookies and that when I changed/modified the domain and put in the wrong domain it had to re scan?

    Also one last question – Is there a way to link the “privacy policy” and the “cookie declaration” in the pop up banner under “About Cookies”

    I case that you have changed the domain I recommend you to re-scan it just to make sure that all cookies are scanned and collected, in this way you will also have a new and actual cookie report.
