    Hi Behaviorist,

    Have you checked the boxes in the RCC settings page to activate the cookie bar?

    There are two options at the top which control visibility:

    Enable / Disable
    Show the cookie consent bar?

    Placement
    Front page only?

    Please let me know if you still have trouble.

    Of course always clear the cache generated from the WP-Rocket plugin and CTRL+F5 to do a hard refresh of your home page.
