    I’m getting

    Please accept [renew_consent]%cookie_types[/renew_consent] cookies to watch this video.

    at the top of the website and can’t figure out why. All I can do is disable cookiebot…

    please advise

    Hi @thefrizelles

    It looks to me that this error might be caused by one of the plugins running on your wordpress website.

    You can activate cookiebot and next disable/enable every other plugin one by one to determine which one is causing this message to appear. Once we know which plugin is causing the problem, we can look further into this.

    Hi @thefrizelles ,

    There setting on the Cookiebot plugin that allows you to show a placeholder and hide the placeholder. Please follow the next steps:
    – Go to your WP
    – After got to the CB plugin and Prior Consent
    – There you will find a field that you can select or unselect that says Display a placeholder, so you should unselect and save.
