banner that loads after a page refresh

    Good morning, we have installed the free complianz plugin and at the site loading level we have a refresh problem. As soon as the site opens it does a total refresh on the first loading there is no cookie banner while on the second there is. The only peculiarity compared to other sites is that WordPress is installed in a subdirectory but I’m not sure that’s the problem here. Is it possible to avoid this second loading somehow? We investigated and it depends on Complianz cookie banner. Thank you very much

    If you’re using a cache plugin please follow this guide, then check the section “Integrations” -> “Plugins” and send me a screenshot about what you see there.

    these are the settings to which I added the Complianz selection. Now I notice that it blocks google fonts compared to before until accept is clicked. The fonts are loaded locally… And in any case it does not solve this double refresh. Thanks

    Please in the box below “Minificare i file JavaScripts” put “complianz”, in the box below “Carica il JavaScript in modalità differita” put “complianz” and in the last box put “cmplz”, then delete the website cache.

    If it won’t solve the issue please open a ticket from our official support center inside our website, this way we’ll be able to specifically analyze your situation asking more info that we cannot ask from the WordPress forum.

    now the font display problem is solved and in the first loading the cookie banner is displayed but… after a few seconds the whole site refreshes. Do you think I should investigate with other assistances or could it always depend on the cookie banner and therefore suggest that I open a support ticket on your site? Thanks because part of the problem is solved like this!
