Banner starts Hidden

    Hi,

    Sudenly the banner starts hidden, i try in incognito mode with cache cleaned of course. And i have noticed on the banner div is been added the “cmplz-dismissed” class while the page starts, without me be able to chose to anything.

    So if i have the softwall enabled, then i cannot use tha page because i cannot click the accept or deny of the banner to continue. And if i disable the softwall, the user is not obliqued to chose accept or deny.

    I treid to reset the settings if i click something wrong, but still i got that efect.

    Hi @apatsidis123,

    could it be you had two or more incognito windows open at once? In that case it could be that the consent from one of your windows transfers to new incognito window. Does the issue also occur if you open one incognito window? Could you also provide us with your site address so we can check if we can reproduce the issue?

    Hello and Happy new Year,

    The issue was related to Crocoblock’s jetPopup plugin, for some reason it is conflicting with your plugin the option “ajax loading” of their plugin. So i disabled it and then all came back to normal. Not sure if it is your issue or their issue, but yeah that was the problem.
