Banner sizes

Hi! First of all, thanks for your awesome plugins. I’m not 100% sure if this issue is related to WCFManager or WCFMarketplace, but anyway:

It seems to me that all the settings regarding banners are unnecessarily complicated. We have have three different banners: store banners, mobile banners and store list banners. They all have different sizes and ratios. The store and mobile banner sizes can be configured from the Marketplace Settings, but after some testing, it seems to me that for store banners, only the height setting works (the width seems fixed to 1064 px) and for mobile banners, the size varies per device and the width and height settings have no obvious effect. Also if a vendor uploads a banner that is too large or too small, the software stretches and shrinks it to fit the preferred sizes. I think it would be better to just center it and cut anything extra.

In short, I think it would be great if vendors could just upload a single 1500 x 500 banner (or some similar round-number size and ratio) that works seamlessly in the store, store list and for mobile devices. And if keeping it that simple is impossible, I’m sure that SOME simplifications can be done, so that the UX is better for admins and vendors.
