I have made an identical website in Dutch and German. On the German website the Complianz banner appears on every separate page, while on the Dutch website this is not the case. What can I do?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I tried to solve the problem myself, but did not succeed.

    Hi @radboudhafkenscheid,

For me, this happens when I switch from one language to another, and back again.

Can you explain how this is set up? Do you mean with identical websites, these are two different WordPress installations? Either on Multisite, or two separate ones?

If this is the case, you can set cookies to the root only via an MU plugin; https://complianz.io/set-cookies-on-root-domain-mu-plugin/

    Let me know!

    regards Aert

    Hi Aert,

I made a site in Dutch and then imported a copy in a separate new WordPress directory and translated the texts into German. Only with the translated site I had the problem that the Complianz banner appeared on every page and had to be confirmed.
I have solved the problem – for the time being – by clicking ‘let Complianz anonymize the IP addresses’. After this check the problem disappeared.
Thank you very much for the support and thinking along

    Regards,

    Radboud
