Banner problem on home page

Hi all,
I’ve ran into a problem. As you can see on my banner on my home page isn’t scaled right. I don’t get it to work on the right aspect ratio. I only face this issue on my pc, tablet and phone seems to work right. Any idea what I’ve could’ve done wrong ?

this is what I see. I see this white bar at the right wich I can’t seem to fix.
