Banner pops up after “accept all”, but solved the problem

I set the cookie duration to 365 days, enforced HTTPS (with SiteGround) and cached everything, but the consent banner keeps popping up. Please help. Thanks.
The popups stopped after changed the website from https://domainname.com to https://www.domainname.com in wordpress settings.
