Banner not shown on mobile

    Hi,

    the cookie-banner works perfectly on desktop, but does not show up on my mobile (tried different browsers, safari and brave; also with deactivated adblockers etc). As far as I can remember it used to work, but just realised it is not shown anymore…Please help, thanks!

    Hello @karinhiking,

    I have visited your website in a few different mobile browsers, and the banner seems to appear correctly on all of them.

    Does the behavior persist after you clear cache in your optimization/caching plugins, and when visiting your site in a fresh Incognito/Private Browsing window (to avoid previously cookies from affecting the behavior)?

    Hi Jarno,

    thank you; I deactivated my caching plugin and opened a private browsing window, but it was still not there – finally I deactivated all ad-blockers I have installed on my mobile and then it showed up ?? Thank you!
