For this Follow Below path

Theme Dashboard >> Appearance >> option panel >> Banner setting >>

Then Upload Banner Image.

Then save and check it.

Did you see the picture I attached in the first post before it (somehow) got deleted? I screnshotted those exact settings… everything is uploaded, picked and enabled – yet it’s not showing.

I seriously did what you told me in the picture already.

I cannot share any log-ins, as this is not even my site, it’s a professional lawyer’s website we talk about here.

I can send you codes e.g., just tell me where you expect the problem and I’ll give you codes as much as you want. But I downloaded the theme through WordPress and never changed anything in code, so how can this problem occur?
