Hi, I badly need help, I use the Simple Banner plugin to have a banner on the page that I am building. I already set the position to Static. It is just showing a white space. It seems like it was behind the Main Menu because when I switched to mobile view or tablet view, it shows a pink bar (not the full banner) as it transitioned.

    Hi @leahq

Can you provide the url for your site so i can take a look? In the meantime I would also try different positionings and see if those work better.

Okay so it’s hard for me to give you an exact solution since it’s not published, but it sounds to me that you have a desktop header and mobile header, both with their own positioning and CSS. The best solution right now would be to either hide the banner or set positioning to footer until your site is published. Upon publishing just reply here and i can take another look.

Otherwise, if you’re at all familiar with HTML and CSS, you will likely need to add some margin or padding to your header element, and then use a media query to alter those values in addition to the banner position value for tablet and mobile devices. You can also experiment with inserting the banner within different elements of your DOM.

Hi there, good day! I was able to fix the banner but now it shows a gap when I scroll down on my site. Please help. I will publish it so you can see but I will wait for your response here first before doing so. Thank you so much for your help.
