Banner not showing on homepage only

I’ve been using Simple Banner for a few weeks now on our clients website, for some reason today it decided it would not show only on the English site’s homepage. If you hit any other page, including the French homepage/pages, it does show.

Any idea why this may be the case?

Hidden: no

Prepend: body

Close button enabled: no

No custom CSS applied.

Position: nothing selected.

Top margin/padding: n/a

z-index: n/a

wp_body_open enabled: no
