Banner not showing on home page

  • Hi,

    I’m working on my neighborhood’s website, but can’t figure out how to get the banner image to show on the home page. Any page I turn into the static front page, the banner no longer displays.

    I’m also having trouble finding where to change the links on the icons at the bottom (one website has expired. . . )

    Any help would be appreciated!

    Okay, the above won’t make sense now since I decided to update the theme version and the previous webmaster appears to have overwritten the old theme instead of using a child. I’m now at a loss for how to restore the old logo and all the icons he had put in. Oyvey.
