Banner not showing

    Hi @rpetersen29

    we are having an issue with the banner on our site. The banner does not show, even though all settings are correct. Preview works. The banner worked perfectly before, but now it doesn’t.
    We have tried to unplug the plugin, deactivate it, but it didn’t help.

    Sorry for the delay. I see that you’ve deactivated the plugin for now. If you want to reactivate it, just set it as hidden and i can diagnose the issue. Thanks.

    I deactivated the plugin the same day, as you answered.

    I tried it again now, and it still doesn’t work on our site

    Hi @ebto Sorry for the delay, if you activate the plugin and set it to hidden i can diagnose the issue and provide a solution.

    Sorry i see that it is activated. You have some other plugin that is commenting out a lot of the necessary code. I’m seeing this specifically:

    
<!-- <script type='text/javascript' src='https://www.nordictailors.com/wp-content/plugins/simple-banner/simple-banner.js?ver=2.8.0' id='simple-banner-script-js'></script> -->

    the <!-- --> means its commented out and not loading, which will cause the banner not to show at all. I would look through any optimization plugins you have and see if you can block Simple Banner from being included in those optimizations.
