banner missing

    The banner on the front page seems to be missing. When I downloaded the template, it never appeared. Any ideas? In the customize section, it lets me upload new pictures and such but then when I go to the website, they never show up.

    Would you mind deactivating the child theme that’s currently running on the site? It looks like there are some issues with it that may be coming into play and preventing some elements from saving correctly. If you still have issues after that, feel free to create a temporary admin user for us using support (at) lyrathemes (dot) com, and we’d love to login briefly and track down the issue for you.

    Thanks so much for sending over that info, it was really helpful.

    As it turns out, the issue was just that the home page was unpublished under Pages > Home, so there was no actual page for the banner to load into.
