    Sometimes the header banners aren’t showing up on the website. We have about 18 header banners that should be showing on a carousel but it seems like only certain random banners are shown before the carousal starts at the beginning again and misses some banners off.

    Do you know why this is and can this be fixed?

    Assuming you mean you have a dynamic group, AdRotate Banner Manager picks 10 or so random ads on page load. A different set of 10 (from your 18) for every time the group is loaded.
