Banner is not showing

  • Hello, i have a problem, i have configured and check your plugin. But when i try to open a new tab in anonymous mode Chrome i cannot view the banner. i have tried with another browsers and others devices. Plugin is already on and well configured but i have never seen the banner showing. Let me know if you can help me about this. Thanks in advance.

  • Having the same issue. Used this plugin in the past.. and now seems broken or I’m doing something wrong..

    For me it looks like there is no mor support here and we need to switch the plugin…

    @padajuma With the banner you mean the black Consent bar? Whenever there’s an active Consent present it will show. It disappears when someone accepts it of course. This is regulated by a cookie.

    A JavaScript error on your site is possibly the reason the bar is not showing.

    Can you try:
    – Update to the newest version of the plugin
    – Add one Consent and have it active
    – Your site doesn’t have other JavaScript errors
    – Bar shows?
