Banner in Checkout with condition

    Hi,

    I am searching for a solution/plugin for the following:

    ONLY if a customer has NOT bought a specific product I want a banner/advertisement to appear on the checkout page (cart would also be interesting) for that specific product.

    Does anyone know something?
