• I just upgraded to 1.4 and got everything working except the custom logo image. I’ve checked, double-checked, and reloaded the image into the directory, but still get nothing.

    Sorry ’bout that.

Where exactly is the custom logo supposed to be displayed?

At the top, instead of that white “Scrub-a-Dub-Tub” line. The images is the header.
I have copies of blogheader1.jpg in the following folders

    ../ wp-content/themes/vigilance/images, and
    ../images/top-banner

    ../wp-content/themes/vigilance_pro/images and
    ../images/top-banner

When I go into the enable custom logo, it says to upload to this folder: https://childrens-literacy.com/wp-content/themes/vigilance/images/ That does not match my FTP address, but that wasn’t a problem before I upgraded.

I have tried loading a new image (blogheader4.jpg) just to see if something else would work. Nada. All I continue to get in the header is the name, as typed, in Settings > General Settings.

You need to upload your custom header graphic to wp-content/themes/vigilance/images/top-banner/blogheade4.jpg. Right now, the image isn’t in the right folder, so the theme can’t find it.

Thanks for all your help. I went back to the upgrading and double checked all my steps … I had activated 1.40 but not 1.3. It’s all good … off to fix the type fonts!

    Thank you again, Esmi!
