    Hi @lwkim,

    Please make sure your vendor is setting the banner size to be the one you have saved on your WordPress admin panel’s Dokan > Settings > Appearance screen.

    Another thing will be to check if you are using any optimizer plugin on your site. Apart from that, if the site is a publicly visible one, you can share the link to the store so that a closer look can be taken.
