• I downloaded the Natural Lite theme to this site because it beautifully fit our purpose. But I’m having all sorts of trouble with the banner. I made a banner precisely to the parameters described in the theme, and it gets cut off. I changed the banner, and I changed the min height in the code to match it. The banner still isn’t displaying correctly. It looks different in Chrome and FireFox, and isn’t resizing for mobile. Did I miss a step? Is anyone else having trouble with banner fit?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @whalegeek,

It appears you are using the header image incorrectly for the purposes of this theme. A header image is meant to display only a background image, not text on top of the image. If you intend to display text in this fashion (as a logo), I would recommend adding it to the theme as a logo.

So, you would then have 2 separate image files:

    1. A background image added under Appearance > Header.
    2. A logo image added under Appearance > Customize > Site Identity.

Your logo image should be saved as a transparent PNG or GIF file, so the background image can be seen beneath it.

Then, the header background image may be cropped slighly depending on the browser size and device. However, your logo image (with text) will scale proportionally on any browser or device.

    I hope this helps. Thanks!
