    Sam, can you try sending using your team@ address? I just checked your previous tickets and it seems we were receiving those replies fine back in October. It’s just your samt@ address that is having troubles.

    I did receive your personal email and replied to it already with admin access

    Admin access also sent now again to your personal email stated again using team@
    for like 100th time per your request.

    It seem like some one is blocking our email which is bizarre and unprofessional

    You as the author of this plugin and its addon know each and every issue inside out,
    so you should have no trouble at all to quickly now check on the live site fixing the 2 bugs already mentioned in details,
    because it should not take more than a few minutes

    So,

    Hi Josh,

    Ok reply received(meaning another proof that email is working just fine and is able to receive and send no problem),
    however,

    No verifiable specific proof to support the claim was presented yet, a just vague very general (not very specific) explanation for the cause which of course was blamed elsewhere on the general non-specific RANDOM cause from hosting and/or other plugin (i.e. passing the buck)
    simply because nothing like this before caused by other plugin or hosting as both hosting and others checked rigorously.

    Why not stay ahead of those bugs that cause train wreck and have a positive view that instead of viewing them negatively as burden (which never the case), view them as positive rare opportunity for you the plugin author, simply because each issue resolved means securing your job when more purchases are made from current and future plugin users and creating overall satisfied positive customer experience vibe that closely impacts you in both the short and the long term.

    recently we have received this note from Amazon

    Questions: In the event no referral NOT happening in the next 90 days,

    1) What is the best solution you have in order to ensure that plugin addon
    build with that in mind, in order to avoid the lengthy time-consuming process of recreating thousands of amazon links from scratch all over again for site posts.

    2) In case needed to re-apply all over again to Amazon affiliates program,
    would that automatically create yet another API ACCESS KEY AND SECRET KEY!

    3)And if so,
    Would a simple replacement of new Amazon ID in the main plugin settings,
    be sufficient to continue to ensure a valid high accuracy of those same affiliates links already in place on site posts
    (without the need for lengthy time-consuming process of recreating thousands of amazon links from scratch all over again for site posts)

    Hi Sam,

    We verified the issue was present when ThirstyAffiliates and related addons were switched OFF. This means is definitely is not a problem with out plugin.

    From my reading of the ticket, it was determined this was an issue with your database.

    The table doesn’t have AUTO INCREMENT on for the ID which means new rows will not get a proper ID. You need to have a word with your host on this.

    Regarding Amazon, you need to send some traffic to your links and provide at least 1 referral and your account will remain active.

    Your links will all remain valid, but we might need to do up a SQL script for you to replace the affiliate ID.

    You will NOT need a new API access key/secret because this is part of the Product Advertising API and nothing to do with the associates program. The email you received is from Amazon Associates program.

    Hi Josh,

    The search results produced by Azon are different that search results produced by Amazon itself main site.Why the large discrepencu after all that was the whole purpose of purchasing Azon in the first place

    Why Azon can only access Amazon products listed on Main Amazon store only and not on Amazon sellers smaller stores?

    i.e.product listed on main Amazon (not from other sellers) are the only ones showing Azon search results.

    Even When try (many times) entering Amazon product ID as a solution to this issue,
    into Azon and see if Azon can sees it that way but it did not

    i.e.tried Amazon (from other sellers) product ID entered into Azon and Azon never gave us the corresponding link.

    What is your solution fix to this issue?

    Example to the severe imitation of Azon pulling serach results from Amazon

    This product was displayed as part of search results when entering “lg optimus 4x hd” into main Amazon site serach box

    but when entering the same term into Azon search box you never get the wanted product which is the phone being searched for

    EXAMPLE:

    When entering the product ID
    B008QBBDQ0
    into Azon search box
    Azon is unable to fetch it back so that link is placed in the post
    so what is your solution for that exactly?

    Azon should be in sync with Amzon API structure so that it pulls exactly the same results from Amazon otherwise it is simply waste of money and time
