[NSFW] Banner does not show on Mobile

    Hi

    We are testing Complianz on our site https://basics4joy.de.
    For desktop it works very well. However, on mobile the banner is not visible when it is reduced to the bottom.
    Caches have all been cleared. This phenomenon can also be seen on desktop with responsive mode.
    From 768px screen width the reduced banner disappears.

    P.S. When the banner is maximized and the screen size reduced with responsive mode
    the banner stays on mobile
