    Hello!

    On some pages the banner has disappeared after the last update.. What can i do?

    Hi @zauberfloete,

    Are you already using the latest (7.0.4) version of the plugin? If so, but you’re still experiencing the issue, the plugin might be configured with settings that do not require a Cookie Banner to be enabled.

    Could you navigate to Complianz -> Wizard -> Consent -> Services, and select one of the services under “Select the types of third-party services that your website uses” such as YouTube, and then Finish the Wizard once more?

    I’d be interested to know whether this already resolves the issue. Let me know!

    I have the same “problem” with the latest (7.0.4) version of the plugin.

    I navigate to Complianz -> Wizard -> Consent -> Services, and select one of the services under “Select the types of third-party services that your website uses” such as YouTube, and then Finish the Wizard once more but still the same problem, the banner has disappeared.

    i have this message : “A consent banner is not required Your site does not require a consent banner. If you think you need a consent banner, please review your wizard settings.”

    Yes, I have version 7.0.4

    I also carried out the step you described.

    The Banner is displayed in the backend but not in the frontend

    Hi @zauberfloete,

    Could you generate an Export of your Complianz settings under Tools -> Data -> Export, and attach it in an e-mail to support(at)complianz.io?

    That will allow me to import your configuration on my end to check if the problem appears for me as well and suggest the steps to resolve.
