Banner always at the end of the page

This seems to occur due to a number of “transform” properties that are applied by your theme/menu, which also affects the Cookie Banner.

I’m not sure about the side-effects that removing or overriding these theme/menu styles would have on their appearance, so perhaps the best course of action will be to ask your theme/menu developer for the recommended way to go about doing so.
