• Hi there,

    I have a client that I just installed iThemes Security for and the Banned Users Whitelist is not working. There own IP address is getting blocked multiple times per day and is in the Whitelist Users box on it’s own line and the few other entries are all on their own line and entered as per the guidelines within the app.

    Hopefully there is a quick fix for this.

    Actually it’s probably the Lockout White List in question – their internal users are getting their userids and passwords frequently incorrect due to the new system. Their IP address is in this box as well.
