“Banned URL” isn’t

Do you have the URL banned in your Firewall settings? It would be listed in the Immediately block IPs that access these URLs feature.

Are you using the SiteLock service? If not, I would recommend blocking their traffic if you’re not even using SiteLock on your website.

1. Go to Wordfence -> Firewall -> Blocking
2. Create a custom blocking pattern
3. Put *placeholder.sitelock.com* for the hostname
4. Type in a reason
5. Click Block visitors matching this pattern

As you may have already discovered, this won’t work.

You’d want to use *sitelock.com.
