Banned IP from your plugin

  • I’m trying to use your plugin on WordPress to sync my WooCommerce catalog to TikTok shop, however Every server I know is blocking your ability to correctly sync, Siteground told me specifically:

    “the following two IPs are currently blocked by our firewall due to the use of generic User Agent (“User-Agent=python-requests”):

    103.136.221.238
    103.136.221.239

    Due to that they are being challenged with captcha protection by our anti-bot system. Since these requests are automated and the captcha challenged is actually not solved they fail.

    We cannot whitelist the specified IPs as your site is hosted on a shared hosting server. And removing them from the blocklist will only be a temporary solution as they will most likely continue to make requests with the same generic User Agent.”

    I want to have my products on the TikTok shop, but I can’t when every hosting service I’ve contacted continues to block your plugin from working for the reasons stated above. Is there any other way I can get my products listed without your plugin, or can you fix this and make the plugin usable for not just me, but everyone else. Thanks.
