    Hello,

When a customer select Bank transfer, he receive an email with the content of his order and curiously all the bank details to make the payment are not included in the email. (My orders are set on “HOLD” after purchase).

The seller receive also an email to alert him that an order is placed and the bank details are correctly in the body of the email.

Why do you omit this important information to the customer ? How to add bank details in emails for customers ?

    Thank you

    Hi @lekiend

Thanks for the suggestion! It is true, the bank transfer payment details are currently only displayed in the admin email (from WooCommerce and Mollie) and on the order-received page, but not in the WooCommerce customer email. So the only other way for the buyer to see these details is by checking the order-received page, the email received by Mollie directly, or by asking the store owner.

Due to popular demand, the feature to show the payment details in the customer email too (and also the order meta) is currently in the queue to be developed, but I can’t tell yet when this would be available. But you can rest assured the team will include this in a future update.

Beyond this, if there is any potential functionality you would like to see in the plugin, I suggest getting in touch with the Mollie Support Team directly.
    Thanks!

    Kind regards,
    Niklas
