    Hi,

I’ve updated the plugin from v3 to v4.beta-7 for EPS support. After the update the payment methods bank transfer and PayPal disappeared which are our main payment methods. Are there any known bugs for this case?

    Best,
    Marc

Update: I figured it out why. When I add a normal product to the cart, bank transfer and PayPal are shown. After adding a subscription product, the two payment methods disappear. These subscription products don’t require automatic payments, because they end after one year. So it would be great if the plugin checks if the subscription products needs automatic payment.

Happy you found out what’s happening. I’ll research this and get back to you.

But if it’s a payment for one year, it’s not a subscription, so why did you create it as a subscription product? Just wondering.

It’s a magazine subscription. In the past we had automatic renewals enabled, but then changed them to one year subscriptions with manual renewal.

Another bug we noticed is that we get a duplicate “New order” email. Before the upgrade we only got one. Would be great if you can check that too.

Do you know when bank transfer will be available again? Our customers liked this payment method very much.

    Thanks!

The second issue I can’t reproduce, I would like to investigate and see if it is specific to your site. Could you email me on [email protected]?

    Hi,

the issue doesn’t occur anymore, don’t know why. Maybe something was wrong with our mail provider.

    Thanks for your support!

    Hi,

any news on this issue? Customers are reporting that Sofort Banking isn’t available either, although they can select this payment method at checkout. I’ve tested it, after trying to pay a subscription with Sofort, it says that the payment with Sofort can’t be created.

Is it possible to downgrade? Because we already have EPS payments and the old plugin doesn’t support this method.

You mentioned earlier that this issue doesn’t occur anymore, so now it does again? If you haven’t already, please email me on [email protected]. I’ll search my inbox and make sue you haven’t already, but feel free to email anyway.

Hello, we are experiencing the same issue.

On a Subscription, the option Mollie Bank Transfer is no longer available. It was a few weeks ago. We noticed this because customers started asking about the option.

The biggest question is how the renewals will be handled now. We could switch to Woo standard BACS, but that leaves us with a huge automation problem. At the beginning of 2019 a lot of customers are going to get their renewal email.

We have more than 500 Banktransfer customers on our Subscription, we cannot check all orders manually to see if they are paid. Thats why we really need Mollie to get this to work.

    Hope you can help.
