    we cant migrate to the new checkout experience because its displaying bank payment even though its disabled both in the plugin and in stripe (it says its enabled for only EUR sites and we are USD only..)

    How odd! The checkout fields layout you have displayed doesn’t match layout of our Stripe plugin but also you’re correct that Bank payment method isn’t supported in the WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway. I cannot currently understand why you’re seeing this on the checkout form.

    Can you confirm you’re using the latest version of the Stripe plugin? When you reply, could you send me a copy of your site’s System Status, please? You can find it via the WooCommerce > Status submenu. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, head to our QuickForget service, paste the Status Report into The secret is... box, click “Save my secret” button and send me the unique “secret” URL in your reply.

    regarding system status, is there an email i can send it instead?

    on “legacy” checkout this does not happen, only on the new checkout experience

    Yes, that’s correct! And I see you’re in the latest version which is good. When did you start seeing the Bank option? Did you make any recent changes, maybe after the recent update from a few days ago?

    regarding system status, is there an email i can send it instead?

    Please note that by using our QuickForget service, the link will only be available briefly, and then it’ll be removed. Additionally, you can remove your site’s URL if you’re concerned about privacy, which is understandable!
