I have checked the screenshots that you mentioned above, but It seems there has been a conflict with the theme or plugin on your website.

Please ensure that you’ve already done the theme and plugin conflict test. If you haven’t yet, please follow the below procedures for testing purposes.

Please deactivate all plugins except the Dokan light and WooCommerce.

Switched to any default theme like Twenty Twenty-One or Storefront.

Clear your site cache as well as the browser cache, then check again.
