Band Members event management

  • Hi there,
    Having read the reviews on approx 60 different event mgmnt plugins I will throw the requirement out there in case anybody can help?!
    I am designing a website for an 18 piece Big Band they have asked for a members page (done) to which they can add details of forthcoming events (1 admin person via dashboard would be fine), which, having created an event, emails all members to advise them to login and click “yes” or “no” to the event.
    Does anybody have any recommendations for me?
