  • Hello @wd69,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

Unfortunately, our plugin does not have this option yet, I’m sorry!
I opened a ticket with our development team regarding this and we will add it to our roadmap. Here you can see the progress: https://github.com/WPChill/kb-support/issues/232

    Warmly,
    Beatrice.

@beatrice12 it used to when I maintained the plugin and looking through the code on GitHub, it still seems to have the option.

@wd69 if you head to Tools there is a Banned Emails section. In there enter the email addresses, or full domains, that are not allowed to open tickets.

@mikeyhoward1977 Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately I cant even see a “tools” section! I’ve looked at the “code” section and can’t see it in there either. Is it a permissions problem, maybe you have access to areas that I dont?

@wd69 There used to be a “Tools” item within the KB Support menu structure.

The code is still included in the latest release here and here and should be available to all ticket admins.

Maybe the dev’s have done something to remove it
