Ban User does not work anymore

I have ithemes security 4.5.6 on my system. Since a short time I cannot save “Ban User”! I can click the section and I can add IP’s …but I cannot save. When I come back to check the ban user checkbox is not tagged and ip’s are not banned.
What can be the reason?
