Ban IP on Certain Pages

    Is there an option or plugin that will help me ban an IP address for a specific page? I have looked and there are alot of IP ban plugins for the entire site, but cannot find one that allows by page. We have visitors abusing our contact for and I want to try and ban them from accessing the contact page, or redirecting them when they try.
