Hi @cryptoprophet please keep in mind that you need to be logged-in in Metamask with exactly the same account that holds the tokens.

Try checking the balance of your token manually in metamask, if you cannot see the balance in metamask probably you are logged-in with a different account.

But, if you can see the balance of your token in Metamask, but not in your website, then try to connect your site to Etherscan API: https://wpsmartcontracts.com/doc-settings.php
