    Even if a user purchases a vendor’s product.
    ”Balance available” in the vendor dashboard remains zero and no sales are recorded.

    This is not a problem in WooCommerce.

    I want to re-install and re-configure Marketking never data.

    Tell us how to do it.

    Hi there,

    Please note that the balance of each vendor only changes when an order reaches the “completed” status.

    It is also important to ensure that you have commission rules configured in MarketKing -> Commission Rules.
