• I had some issues but Avi reached out almost immediately and took care of the issue! We are really happy with the solution at this point.
    We are back to two stars despite a bunch of effort and movement forward. The team is punitive towards customers who don’t agree with them and terminate demos in the middle of testing phases. Our license should be active for at least another week but was terminated when I indicated I was considering using an alternative approach. It really seems like the reviews are what matter to them most. As soon as I left a bad review they did whatever it took to get it flipped over to 5 stars. I am not sure that I want to do business with companies that are punitive towards customers, it speaks really badly of the company.
