Badges showing under image

Sorry cant link to a page as the website is still in maintenance mode.
I have created a couple of badges but they always show on the text unnderneath the image rather than on the product image. I have changed it to top, middle etc but still just moves left or right over the text.

Am I missing something or is it my theme causing this issue?

You should go to WPClever >> Badge Management >> find the marked option and choose On image for that: https://prnt.sc/Qg9vHA1q1vi1 >> Save changes.
After reloading the page, you will see the updated position like this: https://prnt.sc/qiUA-8Lrwopk.
